Wentworth District Hostel Society Inc. is a New South Wales Incorporated Association (not for Profit) comprising of community
members with an elected Management Committee.
The Management Committee is responsible for the ongoing management and planning of Murray House Hostel, a residential Aged Care facility for 42 frail aged and disabled persons. Comprising 40 permanent residents and 2 Respite specific places offering respite for community carers' of the Sunraysia area.
A dedicated team of staff is lead by the CEO and Hostel Supervisor who are responsible for the daily management of the hostel.
Optimal Care is provided by qualified and competent staff, who are aware of the resident's rights through freedom of choice, respect of dignity and privacy, social independence, the variety of experience in a home like environment.
Care is given according to the Legislated regulations of -
